DRIVER HIRING CRITERIA
- 1 year recent, verifiable Class A driving experience
or recent CDL-A graduate with entry-level driver training certificate. - Doubles endorsement required
- Must be able to drive a manual transmission.
- Pass company road test with special emphasis on shifting smoothly.
- Pass DOT physical and drug screen.
- No more than 2 moving violations and/or preventable accidents w/in the last 3 years
- No major violations within the past 3 years. (DUI, Street Racing, Reckless Driving, etc.)
